Who we are

Preroom is operated by bilbens LLC, based in the USA. Contact us at contact@preroom.ai. By creating an account or buying a session, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

What Preroom is

Preroom lets you practice workplace conversations with a live AI avatar and get a scored report. The avatar, scores and feedback are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are for practice only, and we don't promise any result in a real conversation.

Your account

You must be at least 17. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Fair use

Don't use Preroom to break the law or harm anyone, and don't try to break, copy or resell the service.

Plans and payments

Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record.

• Trial: $1.99, once per account, for one 7-minute session.
• Pro: $29 per month for 5 sessions of up to 12 minutes each. It renews every month until you cancel, and unused sessions don't carry over.
• Top-up packs: extra sessions of up to 12 minutes each, available while Pro is active. They stay usable after Pro ends.

A session counts once it starts, unless our refund policy says it's given back.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel Pro from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the billing period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content

Your scenarios, transcripts and reports stay yours. You allow us to use them to run Preroom.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from your Profile page. Remaining plan time and unused sessions aren't refunded. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

Preroom may change or be unavailable at times. If these terms change, we update this page.
