Who we are

Preroom is operated by bilbens LLC, based in the USA. For any privacy question, email contact@preroom.ai.

What we collect

• Account: your name and email address.
• Practice data: your scenarios, conversation transcripts, scores and feedback.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount and the date. We never see your card details.

We don't keep audio or video recordings of your conversations.

How we use it

To run your practice conversations, score them, show your reports, and manage your purchases and access. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run Preroom, each under its own terms:

• Clerk: your account and sign-in.
• HeyGen: runs the AI avatar and receives your voice during a conversation.
• Anthropic: scores the transcript and writes the feedback.
• Creem: handles payments as our merchant of record.
• Our hosting provider: stores the data above on servers in the EU or the USA.

Cookies

We use sign-in cookies to keep you signed in, and no analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete your account. Records of your payments are then kept without your name or email, and deleted data can remain in our backups for a limited time.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time: Profile, then Delete account. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. For a copy of your data or a correction, email contact@preroom.ai.

Age

Preroom isn't meant for anyone under 17.

If we change this policy, we update this page.
